Pennsylvania Skill Games Are Now Inoperable
DeLeo Games would like to inform our valued customers, employees, and supporters that all DeLeo Games Pennsylvania Skill Games have been rendered inoperable, are no longer available for play, and are scheduled for prompt removal.
EQUIPMENT REMOVAL DEADLINE — NOVEMBER 4, 2026We have been working closely with the Pennsylvania State Police (PSP) regarding the removal of our equipment throughout the Commonwealth.
Under an agreement with the Pennsylvania State Police, DeLeo Games has been given until November 4, 2026, to complete the removal of our disabled equipment and machine cabinets from customer locations.
As long as we meet the conditions of this agreement, the Pennsylvania State Police has agreed not to proactively seize our equipment awaiting removal before November 4, 2026.
COMPLIANCE GUIDELINES
DeLeo Games has specific compliance guidelines and reporting requirements that we must follow under our agreement with the Pennsylvania State Police.
These requirements include:
- Providing a complete list of our equipment locations.
- Identifying our equipment at each location.
- Submitting weekly progress reports as machines and cabinets are collected.
- Maintaining communication with the Pennsylvania State Police throughout the removal process.
We are committed to meeting these requirements and completing the removal process safely, responsibly, and in accordance with the law.
